BQH sessions occur online, where all potential is available to you from the comfort of your own home or wherever you may find yourself. Each session's length may vary depending on your needs, but it is advisable to typically allot anywhere from 2.5 to 5 hours for a complete session from beginning to end.

The first 30-60 minutes is spent discussing your history, address your personal goals and cultivating your intention.
The second part typically lasts anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hours of the hypnosis session itself, and that is also split into 3 parts.
Part 1) The Induction - The process of relaxing you into the somnambulistic state
Part 2) The Hypnosis - or The Past Life Regression - although one can experience future, present and parallel lives as well.
Part 3) The Subconscious or Higher Self which answers your questions
The last 30-60 minutes are spent integrating your hypnosis session experience
